New to our gym? Book a FREE 15-minute, one-on-one session with one of our educated staff members. This session gives you a tour of our facility, an introduction to our classes and philosophies, and determines the best path of success to meet your goals. Choose a time that suits you below, fill out the info required and meet us at the gym! This is just a chat and tour so no need to bring your gym clothes. If you’re ready to get sweaty but not quite ready for our classes, have a look at our On Ramp package.

A year ago I was feeling pretty frustrated with my health. One of the amazing coaches at Shallow Lake Strength & Conditioning encouraged me to sign up for my first CrossFit competition as motivation. So I signed up, but I knew I had to lose some weight to be able to compete. I decided to sign up with Coach JVB to help me with nutrition. I had no idea that I was going to accomplish so much in a year. I competed in several CF competitions and lost over 25 lbs.
