A personal trainer and CrossFit Coach, Chris Murray has been training people for nearly a decade. This former OUA football player, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu player and lifelong fitness nerd, Chris has spent years honing the craft of turning people of all levels of physical acumen into the best versions of themselves. Chris has competed in many CrossFit competitions and has earned, 3rd, 2nd and 1st place. A proud husband, father, lifter of things, reader of books and prolific drinker of coffee, Chris is living the dream spending his days trying to make the gym the best hour of your day.
Anyone can make a workout that’s hard to do, but an experienced trainer can make a workout that’s equally challenging, rewarding and effective. Using his experience and understanding of different training methodologies, Chris can chart the course to take you from where you are to where you want to be.
